Opening times

From1st October to 31st March

  • Tour of the towers 2pm, 3pm, 4pmClosedon Tuesdays and during religious ceremonies
  • Tour of the treasury 11amClosedon Tuesdays, Sundays and religious ceremonies
  • Shop open from 10am to 5.30pm, 7 days a week

From1st April to 30th September

  • Tour of the towers 14h, 14h45, 15h30, 16h15, 17hClosedon Tuesdays and during religious ceremonies
  • Tour of the treasury 11am, every day except Tuesday and Sunday 2pm, every day except TuesdayClosedon Tuesdays and during religious ceremonies
  • Shop open from 10am to 6.30pm, 7 days a week

Please note:For safety reasons, weather conditions may lead to the temporary closure of the tour circuit, with exceptional closures on1 January,1 May, 25 December and the last Sunday in September.

Tickets can be bought and validated at the bookshop/ticket office (main façade, at the top of the steps on the left).

By car

  • From Paris, A16 via Isle Adam or A1, Roye exit.
  • From Belgium & the Netherlands: motorways E19-A7 / E19-A2 / A1-E15(exits Maurepas or Péronne).
  • From the UK: Channel Tunnel and sea links via Calais and Boulogne, then A26 or RN1.
  • From Reims and Saint-Quentin: A29.

By train

Amiens station.

Services and visiting conditions

Visit document available to visitors on site or to download online from the Visits and Activities page.

  • For safety reasons, the towers may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions.
  • Access to the towers is forbidden to children under the age of 6 and to animals.
  • The circuit of towers is not recommended for people with heart problems or pregnant women (302 steps).
  • Visitors must wear suitable footwear: the 302 steps to be climbed are over 800 years old (the monument team reserves the right to refuse entry to visitors whose footwear is unsuitable).
  • Photos and videos are not permitted in the treasure room.
